Your role

Hit the ground running in this 12-week assignment and show off your Executive Assistant skills! Providing 1:1 support to this inspirational Managing Director, you will be managing and coordinating back-to-back diary and travel, as well as keeping on top of all correspondence. With your amazing attention to detail, drafting documents and managing expenses will be a breeze. Plus, get involved with coordinating and contributing to events in the office, collaborating with the other Executive Assistants throughout this festive season!

Daily activities

• Diary management
• Email correspondence and management

• Event coordination
• Document and contract drafting

Your skills & expertise

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Immaculate presentation
• Can-do attitude!
• Sharp attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
