An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a reputable financial services firm based in stunning offices in Manchester City centre. This will be a career defining position with brilliant earning potential. You will be working alongside another PA so personality and fit is key. You will be part of a small team and so no day will be the same.

Duties include;

  • Booking internal and external meetings
  • Secretarial support to Executives
  • Extensive diary management
  • Screening calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival to the office
  • Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Producing itineraries
  • Liaising with clients and external colleagues
  • Copy typing
  • Organising events of all sizes
  • Liaising with caterers and external parties for events and meetings
  • Processing expenses
  • Compiling and undertaking research on behalf of the Executives
  • Maintaining of databases
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Working closely with other PA and providing holiday and sickness cover for regional PAs when necessary

Skills required;

  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Personality is key
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible on working hours from time to time
  • Comfortable liaising with all levels of seniority
  • 2-5 years experience within a Personal Assistant role
  • Private equity / corporate finance background desired
  • Good grammar and written English
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
