An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading US and international law firm, based in close proximity to Bank and Fenchurch St stations here in the City of London.

The firm are looking for a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis to work closely with the HR Director International and HR Manager in providing effective HR support to the firm. This will include coordination of the recruitment and orientation processes, and administration of generalist HR processes and procedures.  Another important aspect of the role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Secretarial Manager. This will include, but is not limited to, managing cover, absence, out of hours support, coordination of the performance review process and general secretarial support as required. 

In order to be considered, candidates are required to possess a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel  and Outlook, have an excellent vocabulary, communication and organisational skills twinned with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst retaining a calm, collected and positive demeanour.  Candidates must also have prior experience in a US/UK Int’l City law firm to be successful.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Administrator/Assistant looking for progression, standard working hours are 9am – 5pm and salary range is being pitched up to £32,000 depending on experience level.
