ROLE
This role will handle the administration for the London HR team, including on-boarding of new starters and off-boarding of employees leaving the company. The HR Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records covering general employee and employment information, benefits administration and other administrative requirements.
 

Recruitment & On Boarding/Induction

  • Ensures all contracts are accurately produced sending to candidates in a timely manner, along with on boarding packs
  • Organise new starter induction sessions 
  • Responsible for informing all departments of starters/leavers 
     

Administration

  • Generate all employee paperwork, salary review letters, reference letters etc. 
  • Requesting references for employees
  • Quarterly Audit of HR files
  • Filing all paperwork generated by the HR team
  • HR purchase orders – acquiring approvals, scheduling POs ahead of time, liaising with recruiters, resolving queries, making sure invoices are processed
  • Dealing with holiday & sickness queries, providing employee support for our online system
  • Adding/removing employees on internal systems
  • Ensures data is captured and accurately provided to the Payroll Manager for processing
  • Payroll administration - entering of monthly data on our online system 
  • Processes applications for employee benefits such as healthcare, season ticket loans etc.
  • Assisting with meeting bookings for HR Manager
  • Responsible for confirming probationary periods 
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of business or HR administration
  • Bright and proactive 
  • Diplomatic
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Highly organized with exemplary attention to detail
  • IT literate including Mac, Outlook, Excel and Word
