This fast paced and rewarding EA role is to support the newly appionted CEO of a global FTSE 100 world leading aerospace business.

Client Details

The client is a world leader within the multi-technology aerospace world, they are a FTSE 100 organisation at a pivotal time of tranformation. The newly appointed CEO now requires a top level EA to provide support in this busy but exciting time.

Description

  • Providing senior Executive with the administrative support needed to effectively carry out their role.
  • Managing, planning and coordinating the Executive's schedule - organise meetings and other events including attendees, venue, equipment and supporting documentation.
  • Manage diaries utilising the standard electronic system - Keeping the Executive informed and up to date digitally, with upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Manage the office of the Executive and all the relevant interfaces, from a multifaceted audience.
  • Organise global travel via the appointed travel agent including means of travel, ticketing, accommodation and visas.
  • Generate and modify documents utilising standard IT packages e. letters, memos, presentations, spread sheets.
  • Provide responses to incoming communication (e. emails, postal correspondence and phone calls) and ensure matters are routed appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain document management systems.
  • Administer expense claims.
  • Taking minutes of meetings where appropriate

Profile

  • Experience of providing administrative / secretarial support at an Executive level within a global environment.
  • Experience managing multiple time zones
  • Experience of utilising a wide range of technology to enable effective and efficient ways of working. Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Proactive in your approach and make judgements- if things change last minute, making sure plans run accordingly.

Job Offer

  • £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
