EA/PA TO UHNW ONLINE ENTREPRENEUR

We have a brilliant opportunity for any EAs/PA’s based near or in close proximity to Manchester to support an UNHW entrepreneur with both business and private interests. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organised and have already had experience of looking after a HNW/UHNW individual in a one to one position. Your day to day routine will be varied and you will be in a position of trust with the family. You will have the chance to work alongside a business tycoon who will rely on you to provide seamless support across the board. This is an exciting and privileged position for any experienced assistant at the top of their game.

Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to the Principal 
• Full gatekeeping service.
• Incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding to emails, calls and media enquiries
• Organise briefings and presentations for meetings
• Full and busy diary management, meetings, venues, calls, prioritising and often at very short-notice.
• Managing an intricate network of external relationships. 
• Daily interaction with a broad range of individuals/personalities, high net worth individuals.
• Coordinating board meetings, preparing agendas, compiling board papers, minuting meetings and following up.
• Organising international travel.
• Arranging visas, flights, accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Organising various events throughout the year 
• Personal shopping, personal errands
• Representing the Principal in a professional and polite manner at all times

Candidates must have/Be

• Able to relocate or already be living in or near Manchester
• 4 years + as a one to one PA
• HNW/High profile experience
• Any experience with online retail business a huge plus
