Our client is a fantastic inspiring international development charity who aim to empower and develop women entrepreneurs across the globe to establish and successfully grow their own businesses. Over the last few years, this charity have put in a place a successful Programme which pairs successful business women with female entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries, with the objective to support them in developing their skills, networks and confidence.

Description

The successful Programme Manager (Intakes) will oversee the first cycle of the Programme in terms of bringing new people onto the Programme. Duties will include:

• Provide overall management of the Programme's intake function, and ensure that intake cycle's are efficient and effective.

• Oversee the matching and shuffle of mentees and mentors.

• Line management duties.

• Continue to refine and improve all current intake processes.

• Provide extensive narrative reports to donors.

Profile

The successful Programme Manager (Intakes) will have:

• Previous experience in creating narrative reports.
• Experience of overseeing and delivering application processes.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Programme Manager (Intakes) is a salary of £31,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
