Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced PA to work for a Banking organisation based in the Canary Wharf area. This is an ongoing temporary PA - Admin Support role to start ASAP and will be working until September 2019.

Hourly pay rate £13 per hour plus holiday pay

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings, conference rooms, refreshments and tele/videoconference resources as appropriate
  • Liaising with other Assistants in the company, providing additional support throughout the Bank for arranging meetings
  • Arrangement of travel plans in accordance with internal and external meetings and travel policy
  • Preparation and filing of Expenses
  • Provide assistance to other executives when they are visiting London e. room bookings, travel and meeting arrangements
  • Document formatting and revision collation/management, particularly Word and PowerPoint when required
  • Taking of minutes at meetings
  • Maintenance of key records for the team as a whole such as holiday and sickness calendars

Skills and experience required for the PA - Admin Assistant role:

  • Previous PA and Admin experience working within a similar role within the banking sector
  • Proven diary management skills
  • Good Microsoft Office experience, with particular emphasis on Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure within a dynamic environment
