I have a fantastic opportunity for a very bright, switched on, confident and client facing EA to join a Global Investment Firm based in Green Park. They have a very slick office overlooking Green Park with a great international presence.

This role will be working in a 7 month Fixed Term Contract.

The role will be working as an EA to 2 MDs with the following duties :

The Executive Assistant will provide full administrative support to the two Managing Directors. The responsibilities will include international travel, diary management and require managing busy schedules and time zones effectively with a high attention to accuracy.
The candidate will meticulously manage and act as gatekeeper to extensive call volume by demonstrating an appropriate understanding of the industry and business.
The candidate will present information clearly and interpret complex information in a timely manner.
The role requires good initiative, common sense and adaptability in a very pressurized environment.
The candidate will need to build and foster working relationships internally and externally to achieve objectives and be a positive member of the team.
Other duties will include expense management, maintaining accurate databases, booking restaurant reservations,
ground transportation and couriers and ad-hoc office admin projects.
The candidate will also provide ad-hoc coverage to the other EAs during busy times or when US senior management are visiting the London office.
