Personal Assistant needed to support new CFO of a leading global education provider

Your new company
This company has recently located to London, they are a leading provider of premium education internationally. They have 50 + schools across the world with 50,000 pupils. They are looking to double in size by 2022. While meeting representatives from this company they spoke passionately about their plans moving forward and the type of individual they are looking for. This organisation is growing and now is a great time to join.

Your new role
You will be supporting the new CFO who started in August, he is looking for someone that will become his right hand. Role include the normal, diary management, inbox management and global travel (he is travelling constantly). You will act as gatekeeper for him and should gain the responsibility to respond on his behalf. As he travels constantly you will be organising all his travel arrangements and writing up itineraries. You will be required to complete excel spreadsheets and presentations for his meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
Supporting within finance at a global organisation is preferable. You must be ambitious with a high attention to detail to match the companies demands. Excellent communications sills both written and verbal. Due to his ever changing diaries and constant travel you will need to be highly organised and used to supporting a similar individual. They are looking for a self-motivated, composed and flexible individual that has the ability to build relationships.
