We are looking for fantastic Bar Managers on both a temporary and permanent basis for a range of amazing venues including luxury hotels, opulent private members’ clubs and Michelin-starred restaurants.
As an experienced Bar Manager you will have exceptional knowledge in seasonal cocktails. You will use your initiative and creative flare to bring an ever changing menu to life. You will have experience managing and motivating your team. You will have an exceptional eye for detail, have experience in stock control, financial reporting and have a passion for increasing sales.
As Bar Manager you will be a problem solver, be the point of contact for all team members & customers and above all will enjoy being visible/ taking a hands on approach. You will thrive working in a fast paced and busy environment, pride yourself on your communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
