Receptionist - Part time (2 days) - Creative Advertising Agency

My client, a well-known and exciting creative, advertising agency, based in Central London, is looking for a superstar Receptionist on a part time basis (2 days a week). This role will work alongside another Receptionist in a really unique environment where you can be completely yourself! With amazing benefits and a generous salary, this role is based in a really cool, relaxed environment with very genuine people!

As Receptionist, you will be the face of the agency, responsible for making every single person who walks through the door feel at ease and at home! You will work closely with the Runners, Catering and the other Receptionist in all typical Reception duties including meeting and greeting, answering phones, working with security, covering holiday, keeping the place tidy and generally being a point person for the office.

To be considered for this amazing role, you should have at least 1 years’ experience on Reception from within a similar creative environment. You should be a natural people person with a vibrant personality and the confidence to speak to anyone! You should pride yourself on your customer service skills and be helpful in your approach. The ideal person will be a big character with a warm and willing personality; someone fun and outgoing who understands the importance of the ‘personal’ touch!
