Prestigious global consultancy firm, with outstanding offices near Piccadilly Circus / Charing Cross, have a vacancy for a Graduate Recruiter & Learning Specialist to fully manage their graduate Analyst programme and coordinate the Analyst learning programme. The role is full time but the company offer the option to work part time and the option to work from home. You will be fully ccontributing to the development of the graduate recruiting strategies from attraction, recruiting, development and HR:

Graduate Recruitment:

 

  • Organise attraction materials; job description, university guide materials, website, job boards
  • Manage graduate application inbox and respond to applications  
  • Conduct initial review of graduate CVs with Recruitment Manager/Senior Manager
  • Organise graduate interview days and coordinate diaries of staff members involved, including preparation of test materials, running the day and managing the decision meeting at the end of the interview day
  • Coordinate cultivation of the graduate offerees working with the lead Client Partner
  • Oversee on boarding of new analyst and summer intern joiners
  •  

     

    Learning Development:

     

  • Organise the annual induction schedule for new analysts and arrange all the logistics
  • Prepare training schedule for each year group and communicate to stakeholders
  • Schedule and book the training programme including working with external and internal trainers, co-ordinating training materials and managing logistics
  • Prepare the training programme for the UK summer interns
  • Ensure feedback is collected on all training activities and is communicated back to the trainers, with changes being made as required
  • Support the bi-annual review process for the learning and development programme.

You will have graduate recruitment / Graduate Talent experience and an interest in professional development.  While learning experience is not essential, graduate recruitment experience is required. The role and company culture would suit a highly organised and proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail, who takes ownership of the task at hand in. Successful candidates will be strong team players who are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.

The company offer the option to work from home for one day per a week or are able to offer part time working (4 x days per week).
