One of our clients, a property membership association based in central London, are looking for an Admin and Finance Assistant to join their team. The role will include, but not be restricted to:
• Managing diaries and organising meetings
• Assisting at events
• Creating and filing sale invoices and contract renewals
• Managing expenses
• Supporting the wider team with office management and HR processes
This is a great role for someone with a minimum of year to 18 months admin and basic finance experience. The ideal candidate must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail as well as being able to stay calm under pressure. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally Xero is desired.
