Part Time Facilities Manager

A fantastic part time opportunity has become available to work for a property company. The sucessful candidate will be working from home and traveling to various sites across the Midlands. This is a flexible role to work either 5 days, shorter hours or 3 full days. The salary pro rata will be £21,000. 

Duties will include: 

- Budget and Cost control 
- Building and maintaining relationships with property managers
- Monitoring maintenance of properties 
- Holding information on both tenants and property managers
- Holding regular property inspections 
- Holding meetings with the property team 

The ideal candidate will hold either the IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications and be happy to travel if needed to offices across the UK.
