Reward Analyst - 12 month FTC - X_QJG27263

A leading insurance company is currently looking for an energetic and confident Reward Analyst to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave. You will be working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast paced environment. You will report into the Head of Rewards and together you will be responsible for a broad remit of reward related matters.

Do you have International relocation management experience and are you able to work in a collaborative manner, managing cross-functional projects across teams spread over different locations?

Duties

  • Lead the global annual salary and bonus review
  • Lead the biannual launch and maturity of the UK and international share save schemes
  • Maintain the structure and manage the integration to the HR system (Workday)
  • Complete benchmark surveys
  • Deal with international assignments
  • Handling and resolving of employee reward queries
  • Analysing and producing data for various committees
  • Preparing monthly data files for third parties
  • Processing of invoices
