My Client is a Boutique recruitment business and they are seeking an 'Office Hero' who can come in and help them transform their Ops team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a good commercial grounding and wants to continue learning about business and how to scale one.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project work (specific detail to be discussed)
  • Stakeholder management across all members of the sales and Senior Leadership Teams
  • Ensuring data integrity
  • Ensuring security and compliance for internal and external information in accordance with GDPR
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to methods and processes of capturing consultant, account and client data
  • Essential Experience:

  • Experience working within a sales organization/ Recruitment agency
  • Has proven stakeholder management experience with sales individuals
  • Strong written, oral communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft package experience, especially Excel
  • Data visualization
