Executive Assistant to Entrepreneurial CEO - EC1

An amazing role has arisen for a high flying EA with a background in technology, PR, Advertising, Branding or a modern visioned company - having supported at CEO or Founding Partner level.

You will have a love of technology and be "up" on all the latest technology and social media outlets. The boss loves this aspect so you will be extremely confident and tech saavy with your skills.

Able to think on your feet - this is a dynamic and very likable CEO but he has high expectations and expects a top performance and delivery.  Top eye for detail is paramount (he never forgets anything) good humoured flexible and a top professional at CEO level support.

Dynamic in some ways yourself and a good understanding of the expectations of this role.  Total in-box management, daily summaries, sitting in on Board level meetings, exacting diary management, travel schedules and itineraries, expenses and liaison with finance professionals with regard to tax and investments (this will be taken over by the Private PA next year)  At the moment the role is split in a 65 Corporate /35% Personal support ratio but will become 100% corporate over the next few months.

The Founder is a major investor in property, hospitality and technology and is a high profile figure.  A good understanding of investments, branding and PR, events would be a major plus.  A background within a start up or for an entrepreneur is also a major plus, as you will have an understanding of how an entrepreneur works and his expectations  The boss works quickly so you will be able to keep up with him and do your best to get things in order before the next deal!  Exciting and dynamic role for a professional EA with much to offer who enjoys a busy and involving day.  The role will open up to other projects down the line so this will not be purely 100% EA driven eventually.
