THE COMPANY
A wealth advisors in the City of London are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their close-knit team. They are a young firm with hundreds of clients, and this Compliance Manager will be helping them as they move to be directly authorised with the FCA.
THE ROLE
The Compliance Manager will ensure that all advisors are following the correct internal processes and giving the best quality advice. Typical duties will include:
The successful Compliance Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience within the financial advice sector and hold CF10 and CF11 qualifications. They will be happy to work in a start-up, which is a less structured environment, and will able to work with minimal supervision.
SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary will be £60,000 – 70,000 with a discretionary bonus. They also offer 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and Christmas and New Year off, and a whole host of other benefits.

- Informing advisors of updated regulations
- Ensuring all advisors are up to date with their licenses (KYC, CPD etc)
- Anti-money laundering activities and fraud related issues
- Complaint handling
- Checking all ops processes are implemented and maintained.
