My client is an international customer services and telesales agent seeking Customer Service Candidates who are fluent in Dutch to join their growing team for a temporary position. You need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an the ability to build a strong rapport.

Our client is looking for someone who has a strong ability to drive up sales within a call centre environment with an unflappable nature when working in a fast paced team environment. High attention to detail is a must as well as previous experience within a customer service role utilising Dutch language skills.

Key Responsibilities Include;

• Answering inbound customer queries via multiple platforms
• Obtaining correct customer details and updating information accurately
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them within a timely manner
• Generating sales from inbound customer calls
• Ensuring call backs for customers are scheduled and made
