Morgan McKinley are working with a very well established and growing Banking organisation based in the Canary Wharf area. They are looking for a highly organised EA who can provide executive support to the COO and Head of HR.

This is an extremely busy, varied and demanding EA role, which is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy and can work independently as the Head of HR does travel a lot, so no day is ever the same!

This Executive Assistant role will be working on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP. Salary £44-46K + company benefits.

Working hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Setting up meetings
  • Assisting the Board with meeting logistics such as; travel, dinner, lunch, taxi arrangements
  • Projects such as; new office refurb, summer party, company functions etc.
  • Inbox management - being confidential and discreet at all times
  • Prioritising emails and tasks, ensuring the Head of HR and COO are where they need to be and the appropriate tasks are actioned
  • Organising and assisting with the Board meetings, agendas and papers
  • Ad hoc exec support to the Board members

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven EA / PA experience working within the Banking sector
  • Extensive diary management, travel and meeting arrangements
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Experience of setting up Board meetings
  • Excellent IT skills
