One of our lovely clients based in the West End is looking for a bright administrator to join their team. 

The position will have a variety of admin tasks and will require a switched on and bright person this will suit someone looking for their 1st or 2nd job ideally. You must be a confident user of Excel, Word and Powerpoint. The position will be working alongside a highly intelligent and busy team, full training will be given. Ideally, you will have had some office experience previously, be a quick learner and have a friendly and hardworking nature.  You will have a high attention to detail, be accurate and helpful. 

Duties include - general office admin, answering calls, taking messages, updating spreadsheets and the in-house system as well as assisting on projects with administration and research.

You will be able to demonstrate good grades at GCSE's  A* - C ideally.
