A property investment firm based near Bond Street has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant to work within a busy friendly team. This is a varied role which will suit someone who enjoys going the extra mile to help others in a professional manner and has great attention to detail. Duties will include: 

  • Ordering catering for meetings
  • Organise couriers/post
  • Keep office tidy and organised
  • Electronic filing and archiving
  • Ordering stationery
  • Covering reception and answering the phones, booking meeting rooms etc when required
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to the PAs and team

This is just a small selection of the exciting duties involved in this great opportunity. Relevant admin experience required, as well as conscientious, helpful attitude.
