A top International Law Firm based in Bristol is looking to hire a new Facilities and Records Management Assistant to join the firm on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include organising and managing the storage and destruction of documents, deeds and files, dealing with file, box and deed requests from Secretaries and Lawyers, requesting files, boxes and deed retrieval from off-site storage, collecting and clearing files, boxes and deeds for off-site storage, preparing, processing and storing files, boxes and deeds, reprocessing items in order to update the F&RM system with correct information, reprocessing matters from temporary storage, electronic filing, dealing with queries on the phone, via e-mail and face to face contact, monitoring file rooms, filing cabinets - advising on usage, ordering consumables when required, shredding, moving and lifting files, manning reception and overseeing front of house requirements, covering other areas within the wider Facilities department as and when required.  Candidates must have previous Facilities experience preferably within a professional services organisation, excellent communication, client service and attention to detail skills.
