£35,000 per annum  

Based near to Oxford Street 

We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join this global brand on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position, a pivotal role within the team and therefore a great opportunity for a confident and driven individual to carve a niche out for themselves.

Your role as Team Assistant will be to support a team of 5; to help them manage the day to day team activities, organisation and marketing plans as well as other ad hoc projects.

It is essential that candidates have used a CRM previously (with a strong preference for Salesforce); candidates do not need to be "super users" but need to be able to demonstrate solid working knowledge of using a CRM on a daily basis.

In addition, it would be highly advantageous if candidates have previously had responsibility for pitch documents and marketing material; both in terms of collating information but also experience in drafting content and information.

Team Assistant Duties:

• Liaising with the internal marketing, communications & PR teams within the business
• Coordinating the team travel plans, including booking international travel
• Organising an annual conference
• Updating the CRM on a daily basis and producing reports for the management team
