EA to COO & CFO

A popular global food brand is seeking a Senior EA to provide business support predominantly to their COO, but also to the CFO and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).  Working for a fantastic, people focused boss, key responsibilities for this EA role will be diary and complex multi-stop travel management, arranging meetings, producing presentations and reports and providing general admin support.  You should have previous C Suite level experience in a large corporate but be equally comfortable working in a small office working independently as the COO will often be working overseas.  The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, very detailed orientated and professional, have excellent interpersonal and project management skills and be experienced in managing multiple projects and prioritising in a fast-paced working environment.  You should also have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
