Business Development Manager

This brand new vacancy represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive or Junior Business Development Manager.

This opportunity has arisen with our client; an elite tier US and international law firm based here in the city of London.  The firm is offering a highly competitive salary of circa. £55,000 per annum (negotiable and depending on experience) for this full-time, 12 month contract position.  This is an exciting, and challenging role that will provide full autonomy working directly alongside Partners and their respective teams. There is a heavy focus on pitches and proposals – from initial instruction through to draft for tender, so previous experience in a similar role is essential in order to be considered.

The primary function of this role will be to lead the proposal and related business development process as well as working on new business development initiatives with the International Client Relations Team.   The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, driven, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced team. Strong IT skills are essential as well as the ability to appropriately prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.  Previous experience of working in a UK & international or US law firm is also highly desirable in order to be considered for this position.
