We are now recruiting fo an excellent PA to support the Founder and CEO of a London and New York-based developer and operator of unique hospitality properties around the world.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Working with the current PA during handover to ensure the seamless organisation of the Founder and CEO’s diary (both business and personal).
  • Travel management and booking. You’ll book flights (commercial and private), accommodation, ground transportation, liaise with concierge services on worldwide travel.
  • Inbox management – two inboxes. Ensuring all emails are vetted and responded too in a timely manner.
  • Personal diary management includes: medical/health appointments, personal trainer, nutritionist and chauffeur.
  • Coordinate with House Manager / Finance Advisor on banking, payments and company invoices.
  • Personal and business expense claims, coordinating with House Manager and off-site staff on their monthly expenses.
  • Interacting at the very highest level internally and externally across our hotels and restaurants.
  • Taking minutes when required for team meetings.
  • You will be typing to dictation on a daily basis.
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for all internal and external enquiries
  • Help to manage the Office Manager and Receptionist at both sites and ensure you are fully up to date on all aspects of their roles with weekly catch ups.

Candidates must be / have:

  • You’ll have at least 5+ years of experience working for a senior executive on a full-time basis.  You execute. You get things done.
  • You are scarily organised, have the ability to multi-task and spin a million plates in the air at one time, prioritise and re- prioritise as things come in.
  • You are your friends’ social secretary. They secretly love that you organise everything.
  • You love to smile. They give you free stuff in PRET all the time ‘cos they like you.
  • You know how to crack the whip – but make people feel good at the same time.
  • You jump out of bed every morning, fizzing with energy and jazzed about what you’re doing today.
  • You get them. You know their hotels, you’ve hung out in their bars and possibly regretted that last cocktail the next morning.
  • You are humble. There are no egos, and no drama.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to the Company’s unique culture which is different to that of most major hospitality brands.
  • Will need to be personable, engaging, and sociable and have a good sense of humour!
  • You’ll live and breathe the Company’s leadership behaviours.
  • You make people feel good - your team and colleagues alike.
  • If they get stuck in a lift with you – you’ll get along nicely and have a laugh along the way!
  • You’ll love getting involved in lending a hand at some of their bonkers events and pop ups.
  • Be prepared to work out of hours (where necessary) to manage a heavy workload.
  • You’ll role model and represent the Company’s values and behaviours, because that’s who you are.
