A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for all management of and marketing delivery through the firms digital channels in support of the firm’s brand and client development strategies.  Responsibilities include working with the Senior Manager, being responsible for shaping and implementing the firm’s digital marketing strategy in line with the firm-wide strategic framework, taking ownership of the continued integrity, quality, accuracy, development and optimisation of a best in class website both technically and content-wise, also ensuring compliance with best practice and legal requirements, engaging the partnership for input into the continual development of the digital content and functionality of the website, reacting positively to their concerns and addressing their needs, working with the Brand, Marketing and Sales team and relevant Fee-Earners, to develop and implement appropriate digital marketing activity spanning organic and advertised website and social media content in order to meet business needs and develop the firm’s brand, being responsible for the overall management and curation of the firm’s main social media accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of messages, multimedia content and publishing activity, maintaining and developing the analytics infrastructure for the firm’s main digital marketing channels, ensuring it provides valuable insights to inform the ongoing optimisation process, analyse and report (quarterly and on an ad hoc basis) on key performance indicators across main digital channels, and react to that information to improve digital performance, building and managing relationships with third party suppliers, developing a pool of agencies that can help support and enhance digital marketing activities, taking co-ownership of tenders and RFP processes, keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advances, ensuring personal knowledge and training are up to date and any applicable developments are incorporated into digital marketing processes and activities, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and productivity via the ongoing optimisation of processes and follow up on internal client satisfaction, responsible for planning and managing resources for digital marketing activities, developing and reporting on the annual budget.  Candidates must have strong Digital Marketing experience, preferably within a professional services organisation, experience in reporting, analytics and using data to influence future digital strategies.
