Our client; a leading Japanese bank in the heart of the City are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their L&D team in organising and hosting numerous development programmes, throughout the UK and internationally.

We are looking for the Learning and Development Coordinator to be a valued member of the Human Capital Management Team. You will work alongside others to keep the function running smoothly and add value to core L&D projects.
This is a maternity cover role starting ASAP.

* Scheduling, logistics and on- and off-site support for all L&D Programmes
* Creating, assigning and recording attendance for all internal training events in the company Learning Management System (LMS)
* Supporting core L&D projects like on-boarding/agile working/performance snapshots
* Developing strong relationships with third party providers and internal stakeholders
* Delivering/facilitating learning experiences where possible
* Control of course materials and other related documents (e. Joining Instructions)
* Ownership and maintenance of the Course Coordination Tracker and other key control documents
* Ensuring that the content of the L&D Intranet pages is kept up-to-date
* Administration of L&D's team email inboxes
* Dealing with staff queries (telephone, email and in-person) regarding all L&D processes and policies, including External Training and Professional Qualifications
* Production of monthly and ad-hoc reports using the LMS
* Vendor onboarding, including the production of standard contracts and work orders and supporting the L&D
* Managers in establishing and maintaining positive and productive vendor relationships
* Administer the policy, giving guidance on policy, approvals, invoices and payroll administration for language training, professional studies and apprenticeships.
* Working with L&D and other HR team members on assigned projects and change initiatives
* Covering work within the L&D Coordination team to manage holiday and sickness absences.

My client is looking for an extremely organised and proactive individual who is a self-starter and has proven experience as a coordinator or administrator, ideally within a corporate HR environment.

You will need to be fully competent across all MS Office packages and comfortable multi-tasking on a variety of projects in a very fast-paced environment.
