Top 10 Accountancy firm seek a Marketing Manager who will lead the national marketing activity of the Corporate finance and restructuring team. Core duties will include: Develop and deliver the national marketing plans. Compile and own the marketing budget for Transactions, using a zero base when planning
Closely liaise with the regions to ensure regional plans incorporate and effectively rollout national Transactions activity and ensure the national team are fully informed of all regional marketing activity, sharing ideas and approaches. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns and communications and feed into and support
other firmwide campaigns. Develop and maintain credentials, case studies and other material to support business development and ensure marketing collateral drives lead generation
Own and maintain the Transactions content on the website, optimising page performance, engagement and seeking continuous improvement Lead on social media activity for the service line, developing and owning content and educating users Identify and evaluate potential new marketing opportunities which support the targeting activity of the team Monitor and report ROI from all marketing activity to share successes and shape future plans Take the lead on knowledge sharing, taking responsibility for internal communications for the service line, including ownership on intranet content and responsibility for its upkeep Support the development of new service lines and/or products as necessary, ensuring they are appropriately marketed Participate in steering group calls for different parts of the business and shape the marketing agenda Work with marketing and BD colleagues to identify and maximise cross referral opportunities with other service lines and share best practice across the firm Manage a programme of key intermediaries to maximise external referral opportunities Conduct Voice of the Client and Voice of the Intermediary reviews with key referrers, ensuring feedback is analysed, fed back to stakeholders and actions are taken forward Build internal and external networks and third party relationships as appropriate Lead the Transactions marketing team, providing clear direction, guidance and support Input in to other projects, relevant to role and expertise, such as training sessions and away days. Ideal candidates must have the following skills and experience A professional with strong marketing and business development experience at a managerial level, particularly in lead generation marketing and campaign management Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing and business development, ideally within a professional services environment A professional, credible and confident communicator, with strong influencing skills and the ability to work Solid and relevant commercial understanding and experience Experience of managing large projects and multiple relationships A proactive and self-motivated individual Management of own workload with minimal supervision An active team player Line management experience preferable A marketing degree and CIM qualification is preferable
