Top 10 Accountancy firm based in the city seek a Senior Bid Executive to join the London Marketing and BD team. As a Senior Bid Executive you will be Responsible for project managing important bids for the London region.    Core duties will include:

Manage the end to end bid process, ensuring bid procedures are adhered to, with guidance and support from the Bid Manager as appropriate. Support the Bid Manager with large and strategically important bids for the London region. Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, often involving contributions from several service lines, BD team, commercial finance and legal. Manage the bid qualification (bid/no bid) process for new opportunities. Ensure each bid is in line with firm strategy and is commercially sound. Contribute to the written document when required – for both the bid document and presentation. Work with the bid stakeholders to develop innovative client propositions. Work closely with the design and digital team to develop leading edge documents and presentation material. Ensure all bids are brand compliant and in support of the firm’s communications strategy. Undertake post bid reviews for both wins and losses internally and externally. Coach partners and staff through the bid route map, helping motivate and drive positive behaviours. Support the development of a credentials and tenders bank, identifying gaps and feeding in quality content. Identify and share best practice on the bid centre. Personal and professional qualities The role requires: Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience: Experience in bid best practice and project managing bids – ideally in a professional services environment. A professional, credible and confident communicator, with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm. Experience of creating bids in a variety of mediums such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and InDesign is desirable. Solid and relevant commercial understanding and experience. A proactive and self-motivated individual. Management of own workload with minimal supervision. An active team player. Willingness to travel if required to support bids.
