Creative design agency – PA/Studio Manager

My client, an international design agency, who specialise in consumer brands are on the hunt for a determined and fantastic PA / Studio Assistant. The role is super varied and a perfect opportunity for a junior PA or Receptionist to take the next step in their career and learn some invaluable new skills! The agency are well known within the industry and based in super creative London based offices, offering a generous salary and awesome benefits.

Day to day the role will consist of booking travel for the wider team, assisting the MD with his diary and meetings, making sure the studio is stocked-up, (such as) filling up the fridge/Friday drinks and food, and that you are meeting and greeting all clients that come through the door. The agency are open to offering training in other areas such as Finance and HR as they believe the more skills you have, the better!

In terms of background, you must have worked within an office environment in a support/admin based role, ideally from within a creative agency or company e.g. media or design. You will have experience booking travel previously and have a knowledge of finances such as expenses and using excel. For this role a positive, can-do attitude is key – you will be happy to get involved in all aspects of the business and always been looking to help out where needed.
