Our client a leading multinational manufacturing company is looking for a HR Manager to join their team in RAK.

Organizational Change Management you will develop processes and programs to encourage strategic change and transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the client’s business to design effective processes, organizations, and change and learning programs to drive real business benefits.
  • Create and execute improvement plans adapted to the client environment.
  • Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member to lead them to successful project delivery.
  • Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly.
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Work with communication, training, HR, and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of organizational effectiveness experience with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following capabilities: change enablement organization design & alignment, learning, talent management, and culture transformation.
  • Deep experience leading the development and delivery of comprehensive, actionable change management and engagement plans/activities for change projects including change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, engagement strategies, change agent networks, communication plans, learning plans and change adoption measurement activities.
  • SAP experience essential.
  • May have developed expertise in a specific Organizational Effectiveness domain such as Change Enablement, Talent Management, Organizational Alignment, Learning or Culture.
