Loans Administrator

This is an unique opportunity to join the property finance arm of this extremely successful investment management company based in the heart of the West End.

The role will be supporting a growing team of lending professionals in the management and monitoring of the portfolio. Duties will include; reporting and collating materials for presentation, providing assistance in the due diligence of new transactions, conducting research, taking ownership for editing, formatting and binding of packs and presentations, supporting client relationships and much more.

The right person for this role will ideally have worked in a similar role within property finance/loans and understand the processes. You will be adaptable and be able to work at a face pace.
