Personal Assistant - Finance (Manchester)

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join an established and reputable financial services firm based in stunning offices in Manchester City centre. You will be part of a small team and so no day will be the same. This is a great role for someone looking to apply their skill set to a varied position.

Duties include;

• Booking internal and external meetings
• Diary management using Outlook
• Screening calls and dealing with clients
• Booking travel arrangements and producing iteniraries
• Copy typing
• Event organisation (small and large scale events
• Processing expenses
• Conducting research on executives behalf
• Maintaining the contacts database
• Preparing documents
• Working closely with other PA and providing holiday and sickness cover for regional PAs when necessary

Skills required;

• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be flexible on working hours from time to time
• Strong customer service orientation
• At least 2 years PA experience
• Private equity / corporate finance background desired but not essential
• Good grammar and written English
• Strong MS Office knowledge
