We are a London based specialist legal recruitment agency and we are seeking a Compliance coordinator to work alongside a team of busy consultants.
The primary role of the Compliance Coordinator is to supply administrative support to the Recruitment Team and ensure ongoing candidate compliance. Daily tasks including but not limited to:
- Collecting Right to Work documents
- Verifying Qualifications
- Background checking and referencing
- Pre-screening candidates and performing on-boarding procedures
Working with a vibrant and energetic team in a busy recruitment environment, the right candidate will be highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines when required. The ability to identify, communicate and ultimately solve all possible compliance issues is a necessity. No two days are the same and the ability to work as a dependable member of a close-knit team is a must.
Required Skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
- Ability to confidently and independently solve a variety of problems
- Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous administration or recruitment experience highly advantageous
