Outbound Customer Service Coordinator

Outbound Customer Service Advisor / Debt Recovery / Northampton / Temp to Perm / £18000

Your new company
Our client, based in Northampton, are looking to take on several outbound debt recovery advisers to on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours of work range from 06 - 5, Monday to Friday, to accommodate a 37 hour working week.


Your new role
As part of a large team, you will be responsible for handling the debt on several accounts. For the most part, you will be dealing with building contractors who have outstanding debt, with the aim of reducing this as much and as quickly as possible.

This is a target role, and you will be expected to make approximately 50 calls per day.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have recent experience in a high-volume call centre environment and be available to work full time, with immediate availability.
