The Role
- Research, develop and update database client contacts and leads
- Record customer details including reaction to the service offered
- Gather leads lists from platforms that Expedite has access to
- Identify and explore new sources of lead generation
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
- Promote the whole Expedite Group capability - advise, search, design, and deliver.
- Deliver a scripted sales pitch to the customer; the individual should have the ability to adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Engage with agents in order to request new property information and update existing information and availability
- Management & update of online marketing accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Company websites
- Monitor property news and identify potential leads
- Excellent Communication skills (clear, patient and eloquent communication)
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to prioritise work and multi task
- Strong attention to detail accurate record keeping
- Adaptability and flexibility to varied tasks and situations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good computer skills (Work, Excel etc)
