Customer Service Executive

A fun and growing retail company is looking for multiple Customer Service Executives to join their head office.

They are looking for an articulate and enthusiastic individual who loves interacting with others and can be confident over the telephone. There are times where you could be communicating with angry and demanding characters so they are looking for someone who can be resilient and professional.

With regards to the office environment, you will be surrounded by bubbly and friendly individuals who love working for the company. You will need to ensure that your telephone manner is to the highest standard, and be confident in all products the company sells.

It is important that you are flexible to work some weekends when necessary.
