PA to Chief Information Officer - Global Retailer

You will act as personal assistant to this newly appointed Chief Information Officer, who has an extremely busy time ahead of him with back to back meeting and needs a dedicated and trustworthy PA to manager his diary and in-box in a proactive and professional manner.

You will be an approachable gatekeeper for both internal and external people wishing to contact the CIO, ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively, and taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the CIO and others.

Previous PA experience supporting a CIO would be extremely advantages and someone from corporate background would be best suited.
