We are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service who are looking for a full time/permanent opportunity to join the Customer Operations Team within the Customer Service Centre in Borehamwood.
The team is responsible for delivering great customer service to their customers such as their restaurant partners and delivery partners. The successful individual for this role will need to be instrumental in delivering a world-class service by having a real talent for customer service and a can do attitude with a desire to make a difference.

Your key responsibilities
* To be able to provide a first class service to customers, restaurant partners, and delivery partners via multi channels for example phone, Live Chat, Emails and Social Media.
* To be able to resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's request.
* To be able to manage queries to first time resolution.
* To be able to proactively call Restaurant/Delivery Partners if there are any issues.
* To ensure accurate recording and logging of all contacts.
* To be able to undertake any other reasonable duties.

* You must have the ability to work to agreed outcomes
* You must have excellent listening and communication skills
* You must be motivated and willing to go above-and-beyond for our customers and partners
* You must be resilient with a can do approach
* You will have to be highly self-aware - Being mindful of your personal development areas.
