Part-Time French Speaking EA

£35k - £45k pro rata, per year

Exciting opportunity for a confident, bright, and focused French speaking EA to support the CEO of a Ski School in France. The school is still under construction and set to open in the spring of 2019 and this role would be based out of their beautiful London office in Marylebone. It's a wonderful project and a great team of people involved.

The Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong administrative experience –  diary management, client scheduling, travel management, meeting and presentation preparation – but the role goes far beyond with a lot of opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the project. Though they do have a project manager, the CEO is looking for an EA that can help with task management. This involves everything from communication with contractors and clients to actually travelling to France to visit the property and ensure all is going smoothly.

The Candidate

The right candidate needs to be resourceful, organised, with excellent communication skills. You must speak fluent French. If you are pro-active, calm under pressure, team-oriented, and have impeccable attention to detail this could be an ideal fit. 3-4 years of EA support preferred.

Benefits

The company offers flexible hours/days and are looking for someone that can commit to 27 hours a week. There is very little travel but the flexibility to travel to France would be great, though not required. This is really an opportunity for someone to make this their own and take on as much as they would like. There is also the possibility of full-time a year from now.
