Business  Analyst

Our client, a financial organisation, based in the City currently has a fantastic new opening for a  Business Analyst.  You will work with internal departments across the business and  to be the CRM SuperUser as well as implementing and driving various projects forward. 

You will have at least 12 months plus of CRM experience with a good understanding of mapping and analysis.

Your day to day responsibilities will consist of:

• Managing projects  from start to finish.
• Implementing new systems and upgrades across the business.
• Testing new software which will meet the business needs.
• Map requirements within Salesforce.
• CRM expert.
• Manage testing.
• Deliver training of new systems and upgrades throughout the business.
• Help enable the business meet objectives.
• Managing budgets, risk management, change managing and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• You will have at least two years relevant experience.
• Degree educated.
• Previous experience within a financial services organisation.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work to deadlines and see projects through from start to finish.
• Self-starter and able to manage your own workload.
• Excellent IT knowledge and a good understanding of systems and processes.
• Able to deliver to a targeted audience.
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels.
