We have partnered with one of the world’s most forward thinking and fastest growing international management consultancy to find them a superstar Russian & English-speaking Executive Assistant to support their CEO - a highly successful American Businessman.
Not a traditional EA role – you will be an extension of the CEO and a true right hand assisting him in running and expanding the business. With vast project management, building and maintaining international relationships, communication with overseas offices and clients, you will be pivotal in the business’ continued success.
This organisation is currently at 600 people internationally, so highly established, yet maintaining a family start-up feel with no sign of slowing down - they currently have offices in London, the US, Europe and Russia. This is a fast-paced organisation where decisions are made quickly and every opportunity is utilised – they are entrepreneurial at the core and promote this in all of their staff. They support their employees and encourage professional development, and career progression at all times.
Based in their Central London office – with roughly a team of 10-15 - you will provide world-class assistance to the CEO and a couple of other executives on occasion. You will be at the forefront of their business activity and deputise for them in their absence. As this is a new role, it is yours for the making, with the opportunity for you to get highly involved in the business, project management, event organisation, and much more - you will be a driving force to ensure all runs smoothly.
Essential Criteria:
- Fluency in Russian and English – both written and verbal
- Previous PA/EA experience in an international company
- Previous experience of working on a global arena and liaising with both clients and colleagues overseas
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Highly organised, efficient and autonomous
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build longstanding working relationships
- Positive, ambitious and dedicated
- Friendly, approachable and a team player
- Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas
- Excellent checkable references
