Chancery Lane

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is an award winning pensions & trustee service based in a stunning office building in an excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from Chancery Lane.

They are a fast growing, entrepreneurial but traditional organisation who are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their pensions team as their administrator, and has a keen interest in progressing their career within pensions.

Main responsibilities:

Diary management for internal meetings

Preparation of documents and reports for trustees

Updating and amending database

Minute taking in internal and external client meetings

Preparation of budget reports

Filing expenses

Co-ordination of training and feedback questionnaires

General ad-hoc administrative tasks

Experience and attributes:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative background

The ability to multi-task with a busy and varied workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and preferably experience using database systems

You will be enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking and positive, where discretion and ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of confidentiality is imperative.
