We have got a really incredible opportunity for a candidate wanting to join an excellent physiotherapy company in South West London. Our client is looking for a fantastic, well presented and enthusiastic Clinic Administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
- Support the owner in every capacity including
- Diary Management
- Travel itineraries including booking flights, hotels, trains etc
- Working closely with the therapists to ensure appointments are kept
- Book all appointments for patients and manage payment / invoices
- Manage the phone
- Office Management duties
- Assisting the team on an ad-hoc basis
You will need to hit the ground running and be happy to work alone, on occasion, as well as working two Saturdays a month. You must have an interest in physiotherapy and sports! The ideal candidate must also have excellent organisation and administration skills as well as being competent with IT and familiar with Microsoft office.
