Gallery Managers and Sales Consultants

We have got a really incredible opportunity for candidates wanting to join a fantastic, well-known Art Gallery. Our client is looking Gallery Managers and Sales Consultants to join their team. Two positions are based in Cirencester and two in Newbury.

Duties will include:

• co-ordinating exhibitions and preparing for private views
• ensuring the gallery runs smoothly
• office management/ dealing with invoices
• order catalogues
• coordinate logistics for shipping and delivery
• build relationships with new and existing clients, identifying the client’s needs
• Consulting on and selling pieces of art

You will need to hit the ground running and have a passion for arts!  This is a very busy gallery with events and exhibitions happening all year. There is a lot of administration and logistics to coordinate and of course, you must be excellent at dealing with clients and artists. Management experience, for the Manager role, would be a bonus as well as having worked in a gallery before.  The roles are very hands on and you will be working closely with the different teams across the company that will be located in different areas of the UK. This is a role you can really make your own. The company as a whole are doing all kinds of interesting projects.  An amazing opportunity.
