A highly prestigious, global firm, based in beautiful offices near Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Rd, have an exciting opportunity for a polished and professional Receptionist and Administrator.  You will be working for a well renowned firm in a dynamic and vast paced environment.  Based on reception, your responsibilities will be vast and varied:

  • Meeting and greeting guests,
  • Providing general administration support,
  • Setting up meeting rooms,
  • Ordering lunches,
  • Providing refreshments as required,
  • Ensuring  fridges are fully stocked,
  • Ordering stationary,
  • Managing the post,
  • Ordering taxis/couriers etc.
  • General office administration support the

This is a superb opportunity to join an extremely reputable and highly regarded global firm that will fully utilise your office skills and ability to multi task. The successful candidate will be:

  • educated to GCSE (MINIMUM 5 C AND ABOVE) or A ‘level standard,
  • have gained a minimum of 6 months office, reception or customer service experience,
  • be extremely proactive; with a real willingness to take on additional responsibility,  
  • excellent telephone manner,  able to articulate yourself well and an excellent command of English
  • ESSENTIAL - Be extremely professional in appearance and attitude.

You will be surrounded by ‘state of the art’ equipment and designer furniture!

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm and 9.30am – 6pm
