What would I be doing day to day?

• Cover the management and relationships for programmes that solve big social challenges.
• Develop and deliver programmes that support practical innovation working closely with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Manage a portfolio of innovations, monitoring and reporting on their progress and providing proactive advice and support to help innovators succeed.
• Ensure that innovations are generating high quality evidence of impact, using methods appropriate for innovations at different stages.

What is the company looking for?

• Entrepreneurial, with a track record of getting things done and achieving impact in your previous roles.
• Strong programme management skills
• Direct experience supporting social enterprise an social ventures or supporting innovation in charities or public sector.
• A natural collaborator, with a history of developing relationships.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
